Satsang
Satsang is a Sanskrit word, comprised of two individual words. Sat is a word that means Truth. Sang means fellowship, or company. Satsang, therefore, is a gathering of people seeking Truth. We think the Three Trees Center is a perfect place to gather together for Satsangs of all kinds!
Satsang and Three Trees
Sequoia and Jack came to Three Trees because they knew it would be a wonderful place to conduct their healing practice. Sequoia is a gifted energy channel who is Divinely built to allow the healing energy of the Universe to pour from her healing hands. Jack is a sound healer whose Sacred flutes, rattles, drums, singing bowls and other instruments help individuals vibrate in tune with the harmony of the Universe.
They came to Three Trees because it was the ideal place to perform their healing arts. After healing sessions, many seekers would wander through the beautiful grounds of Three Trees, breathing in the fresh air and enjoying the magic of the eucalyptus forest. Jack and Sequoia soon realized that they must build a place where the people could gather together for meditation, group classes and Satsang of all kinds.
They built the gorgeous, 700 square foot yurt known as the Three Trees Center. There are outdoor decks, kitchen facilities, picnic areas, meditation areas and more. At the center of the structure is a beautiful Medicine Wheel Icon, painted in the Seven Sacred Colors. Above the wheel, the vaulted 15-foot ceiling rises majestically overhead.
