Sequoia will call to confirm the time and day of your session, and help you create the optimum conditions for receiving healing energy. You can discuss your personal history and any issues you want to address.

At the scheduled time you will go to a comfortable, relaxing place, where you can sit or lie down, free of distractions. We encourage you to create a sacred place for yourself, with candles and soft music to soothe your senses and open your heart. At the appointed hour you will set your intention - visualize what you want to receive and to release – and Sequoia will call and create the Channeled connection for healing energy to flow to you.
