You'll discuss your upcoming session, and Sequoia will offer simple tips to make your session a success.

Five minutes before the healing session, you'll speak on the phone again. Then, you will place yourself in a safe, Sacred and comfortable space. The lights should be low and soothing, and you should have privacy and quiet. You may wish to play soft music. Relaxing the body while concentrating the mind on your desires and wishes will help your healing session.
